Title and Closings
PRA’s professional team of real estate attorneys are licensed title insurance agents for most major title insurance underwriters who use their extensive experience to insure clear marketable title to real estate. After researching the recorded history of your property, we will provide assurance that your title is free and clear of encumbrances (e.g. mortgages, leases, restrictions, liens) by the date of closing and all new encumbrances are duly included in the title and do not jeopardize clear marketable title.
